Price Matching Policy

We'll match any other office products suppliers' current advertised price for products we carry. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Ad errors, close-outs, clearances and internet offers do not apply. Competitor's shipping and handling fees will be added to competitor's price for fair comparison. Offer applies only to the time order is placed. Integral Solutions (Canada) reserves the right to refuse any order, or to refuse to sell any item below cost. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without notice.

Credit Terms

First orders are C.O.D. Credit terms of 30 days can be established on second order (except for residential addresses) after completing credit application. Government and corporate Purchase Orders are welcome.

Sales Tax

Prices listed do not include sales tax. Ontario residents add HST.

Warranty

If it is established that your product is faulty and is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will arrange for replacement.

Return Policy

Most products we sell come with a limited 30-day refund or replace guarantee. Those items that are exceptions have a similar but shorter guarantee due to manufacturer policies. Ask your sales representative when you place your order what guarantees apply to your individual items. If a product is defective in any way call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the original invoice date. Defective hardware will be repaired or replaced at our discretion (with the exception of a few vendors). Please call for details. Opened computers and equipment are not returnable. All items sold include the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished equipment sold by Integral Solutions (Canada) comes with a limited 30 days warranty. The replacement or refunding of supplies and equipment is strictly subject to the individual manufacturer's policies. Leased equipment cannot be returned. When a customer notifies us of a defective product within the time provided for in the applicable manufacturer's warranty, the product will be replaced as soon as possible - credit/exchange subject to defect confirmation by Integral Solutions (Canada) /product manufacturer. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired before any product can be returned to Integral Solutions (Canada). Please have the following information ready when calling to receive an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and reason for return. The item must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, disks, cables, etc. The packaging must not be damaged or defaced. If your return is complete, your only obligation is transportation charges and stocking fee's, where applicable. We recommend that products be re-boxed for shipping. Please write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Products must be received at our location within 10 business days of RMA issue. If you return a product using your own courier, please note tracking number for your future reference. We reserve the right to refuse any product return without proper authorization. The returned product will be tested upon receipt and if no default is evident, you will be informed and the product returned to you. If a fault is found, it will be replaced or repaired, depending on manufacturer's warranty. Products are not sold on a trial basis. If the product is opened and decide you don't want it, please call your sales representative immediately. If the item is in saleable condition Integral Solutions (Canada) can - at our discretion - approve an RMA, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Integral Solutions (Canada) reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this 30 day period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only. (Does not apply to leases.)

Shipping Information

We offer next business day delivery for all "in stock" items. Shipping service is as follows; *Free for orders over $50.00 *$10.00 shipping for orders under $50.00.

Late Deliveries

Please call your sales representative if your order has not arrived at the expected time. Our staff will check on your order status and see if there is a problem.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with damaged packaging, you have two options:
* If the damage is minor, you can sign for the package, with a notation on the courier sheet that the box was damaged
* If the package may have internal damage you can simply refuse the delivery
In either case, please call us within 48 hours to make us aware of the situation.

Product or Quantity Error

Check your orders immediately upon receipt. If the products or quantities do not match with the packing slip, please call us immediately. We will review your order and find where the error occurred. Integral Solutions (Canada) will arrange for a pick-up of incorrect items and replace them with the correct ones - at no additional charge.

Catalogue Omissions

In order to provide you with up to date information about new items and versions, certain products are announced by the manufacturer, and included in our catalogue, even though they are not shipping at publication time. Integral Solutions (Canada) is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear in this catalogue. We reserve the right to make corrections or changes due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical or photographic errors in advertisement or product descriptions. Prices, policies and item availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. All trademarks are the property of their respective holders. Compatible and refurbished products are not endorsed by or affiliated with manufacturers listed.

Limitation of Liability

No liability is assumed by Integral Solutions (Canada) Inc. for damages and/or injury resulting from use of equipment supplied by this company. In no event will Integral Solutions (Canada) be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of Integral Solutions (Canada) . Integral Solutions (Canada) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with defective or inoperable products. Integral Solutions (Canada) Inc. makes no warranties with respect to the equipment or software. It is understood that all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness of a particular purpose, except as may be offered by the manufacturer, are specially excluded. Integral Solutions (Canada) appreciates your business and our staff will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with all of our products and services.
